The Puergian flag
The flag is blue and white and there’s a horse in the middle. Purgia is often called ‘the land of the blue sky’ because it has 250 days of sun, so that explains the blue colour. On the other side there are also strong, long and cold winters. This is why the blue is in contrast with the white in the flag. Pergia is also a subsistence agriculture which means it’s a self-sufficiency farming system. Animals are very important to us, and we have a lot of livestock on the plateau. Horses are one of them so that’s what the horse on the flag represents.
